Wholefood Cooking Workshops

Over the past 2+ years working in this wonderful industry, I’ve come to find what I do best. How my skills most support you.

Simple, Delicious and Nutritious wholefood recipes for busy women.

The kind of food that makes you and your body happy, the kind of recipes that leave you unfrazzled and a philosophy of cooking and eating  that will have you organised and prepared for anything.

Because let’s face it, life happens.

No matter how well intentioned we are, sometimes it gets the better of us and the last decision we want to make is what to eat for body, heart and mind, let alone cook it!

Here’s where I come in and the very exciting announcement that starting next week I’ll be hosting regular, monthly wholefood cooking workshops.

I feel that my acute knowledge in this area comes from having walked many a mile in a busy woman’s shoes. I was the busy corporate woman who upon making the decision to eat well, devised my own method to streamline what all seemed too hard.

I used to think, ‘When would I find the time? How will I fit this in?

Recipe books that required equipment I didn’t own, shopping lists that were frankly, intimidating and meals that often didn’t seem sustainable or practical in the long run of my life.

I wasn’t looking for a quick-fix and deciding to eat well was part of a much bigger picture of healing for me.

So applying the organisational habits and patterns that come naturally to me, the vast health knowledge that I possess and an ability to see the sore points of a recipe or technique, brings us to the now.

It’s a deep thrill to see people’s eyes light up when they learn something that can, and will literally change their life. A recipe they hadn’t thought of, a way of preparing something that hadn’t occurred to them and even tasting something so delicious that their fears of ‘missing out’ quickly wash away.

This is what my wholefoods cooking workshops are all about.

Spending less time in the kitchen and supermarket, though loving the time you do spend there more than ever before. Enjoying real food and feeling unbelievable everyday because of it.

Next week on Wednesday 29th April, I kick off workshop #1 to be held at the wonderful Scoop Wholefoods in Mosman from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.

The theme of workshop #1 is SNACKS and I’ll be covering 3 awesome recipes that you can easily add into your lifestyle to feel and look fantastic! As well as demonstrations, tips and tastings, you’ll leave with recipe cards from me and a $10 Scoop voucher to use either on the night or another time – perfect to get you started and I’ll be there to help you too.

The workshops will be fun and offer real value to your life, you’ll be inspired and motivated to get home and whip up these creations for yourself!

To keep things intimate and for me to give the best experience that I can, numbers are very limited for the workshop so I highly recommend to grab a friend and book your seats immediately.

This event has now passed though if you’re keen to know about my upcoming workshops and events, sign up to the tribe below and hear about them first!

Absolutely! If you’re a man who wants to get organised in the kitchen and feel amazing all over, I’d love to see you there and if your dad, brother or husband falls into that category bring him along.
