  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon maple syrup (honey can
    be substituted if not vegan)
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 4 straws
  • Toppings of your choice – nuts,
    coconut flakes, chia seeds
  1. Combine cacao, melted oil and maple syrup in a small bowl
  2. Whisk until smooth and well combined
  3. Peel and halve bananas
  4. Cut straws in half
  5. Place straws into banana halves as ‘sticks’
  6. Coat banana sticks into chocolate mixture and chosen toppings
  7. Set on a tray
  8. Continue until all bananas are coated
  9. Set in the freezer for a minimum 30 minutes
  10. Wait 5-10 minutes after removing from the freezer to enjoy
Great for a party or afternoon-snack.

Make them once and have them on hand in the freezer to enjoy as you please.

QUICK TIP - if your coconut oil is not liquified, melt in a small bowl over a jug or glass of hot water.
