Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Either mix all ingredients together well or blitz in a blender to combine
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight
- Serve with fruit in the morning

This chia pudding works well as a snack also.
Use a 1:4 ratio of chia to milk for a great pudding consistency.
For a variation, substitute the cacao with vanilla and cinnamon.
