Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Either mix all ingredients together well or blitz in a blender to combine
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight
  3. Serve with fruit in the morning
Notes
Breakfast ready to go in the morning without lifting a finger!
This chia pudding works well as a snack also.
Use a 1:4 ratio of chia to milk for a great pudding consistency.

For a variation, substitute the cacao with vanilla and cinnamon.
