Ingredients
- 1 nectarine
- 1 truss tomato
- ⅓ cup buffalo mozzarella or ½ ball
- Few fresh basil leaves
- Few thin slices of red onion
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash nectarine and tomato, cut into wedges
- Tear mozzarella into pieces
- Tear basil to release flavour
- Add all ingredients to a bowl/plate, drizzle with the oil and season to taste
Notes
This simple and divine combination is offset beautifully by the cheese and basil flavours.
