Raw Chocolate 'Jaffa' Fudge

  • 10 Medjool dates
  • Zest, ½ small orange
  • ½ cup raw cacao
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • ¼ cup water (+1/4 cup potentially if needed)
  1. Pit dates
  2. Finely chop orange zest
  3. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until velvety smooth
  4. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to combine
  5. Transfer to a container (glass preferable) and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours
  6. If not using glass, line container with baking paper
  7. Slice to serve
Fudge-y, rich and delicious!

As simple as blend and freeze!

Medjool dates are the 'king' of dates and are readily available. If you're unable to locate them, use 15 pitted, regular dates.
