Watermelon, Lime & Fetta Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon
- 2 teaspoons fresh coriander leaves
- 70g fetta
- Finely grated zest of 1 lime
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
- Cut melon into squares and place in a large bowl
- Finely chop coriander and add to the melon
- Crumble fetta to the mix
- Add lime zest and juice
- Mix well to combine and serve
Notes
Fresh, light and about as summery as it gets!
