Ingredients
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred type)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Pit dates
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender for several minutes until smooth
  3. Serve
Notes
Energy, taste and vitamins in one easy glass.
You could even make the night before or enjoy as a satisfying and sweet dessert for two.

DATES
If you can't locate juicy and delicious Medjool dates, other varieties will work also though be aware of the likely size difference and that they may also be more dry.
Should you be concerned using other dates, pit and soak for 10 mins to soften before blending.
