We "know" what to eat. We know what we're "meant" to do. So why is it so hard? Why do we struggle with food guilt, eating past fullness, binge and emotional eating? Making food choices that don't feel good? Surely we're the problem? How about our relationship to movement and overall wellbeing? To our body image? If any of this feels hard for you, you're not alone.
I’m a Nutritionist who proudly says that a healthy diet includes a healthy relationship to food. I work to disrupt the norms of this industry, including the ideals of "health" that are anything but. I don’t offer weight loss services. My approach is fat-positive, anti-oppressive and Health at Every Size® (HAES®). I publicly call out BS. I’m a non-diet professional. I to a healthier, more peaceful and liberated relationship to food and their bodies so they can live their fullest and most joyful life!
