Chocolate & Vanilla Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred type)
  • 1-2 tablespoons raw cacao
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder/ ½ teaspoon extract
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender for several minutes until smooth
  2. Serve and optionally top with muesli and fresh fruit
Energy, taste and vitamins in one easy glass or bowl!
You could even enjoy as a satisfying and sweet dessert for two.

Vanilla powder is simply dried vanilla from inside the vanilla bean pod.
If however you can't locate it, look for a quality extract with no added ingredients.
