Ingredients
  • 1 punnet heirloom tomatoes, washed and halved
  • 1 cucumber, washed, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small green capsicum, washed and sliced
  • Few rings red onion
  • ¼ cup black olives, pitted
  • 1 block good quality fetta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Good splash of quality olive oil to serve
Instructions
  1. Prepare all ingredients and mix
  2. Season and coat evenly with the oil
  3. Serve and enjoy!
