  • The ratio for cooking is 1:2
  • (1 part quinoa to 2 parts water)
  1. Bring required water with quinoa to the boil in a saucepan on medium-high heat
  2. The cooking time is 15-20 minutes
  3. Cook off all water and remove from heat
  4. Set aside for 5 minutes
  5. Fluff gently with a fork to separate
  6. Allow to cool
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days
