Killer Muesli

- 1kg oats
- 1 cup raw unsalted almonds
- 1 cup raw unsalted hazelnuts or walnuts
- ⅓ cup sunflower kernels
- ⅓ cup pepitas
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup goji berries
- 1 cup natural sultanas (this means nothing else is added)
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees (electric oven)
- Chopped roughly or whiz nuts in a food processor
- Place rolled oats in suitably-sized baking tray
- Measure out required amount of other ingredients
- Add all except sultanas to tray and combine by hand until well mixed
- Dry-roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes until your kitchen is starting to smell heavenly
- Allow to cool and both the goji berries and sultanas
- Store in an airtight container(s) for up to 2 weeks
