Killer Muesli

  • 1kg oats
  • 1 cup raw unsalted almonds
  • 1 cup raw unsalted hazelnuts or walnuts
  • ⅓ cup sunflower kernels
  • ⅓ cup pepitas
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • 1 cup natural sultanas (this means nothing else is added)
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees (electric oven)
  2. Chopped roughly or whiz nuts in a food processor
  3. Place rolled oats in suitably-sized baking tray
  4. Measure out required amount of other ingredients
  5. Add all except sultanas to tray and combine by hand until well mixed
  6. Dry-roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes until your kitchen is starting to smell heavenly
  7. Allow to cool and both the goji berries and sultanas
  8. Store in an airtight container(s) for up to 2 weeks
