Broccoli Salad

- ½ broccoli head
- 2 red radishes
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons slivered almonds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
- ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Wash and chop broccoli into smaller florets
- Thinly slice radish and chop parsley
- Add to a salad bowl with almonds and season to taste
- Very finely chop parsley for the dressing
- Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well through salad to serve
