Sticky Date Smoothie

- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ tablespoon chia
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder / ½ teaspoon extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Process until smooth
- Serve immediately
Tastes just like a dessert (remember to treat it as such) and is super refreshing too!
Easily substitute with your favourite milk here too.
