Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut water
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • Flesh of 1 ripe mango
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Dash ground cardamom (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Process until smooth
  3. Serve immediately
Notes
Part Indian-classic, part super-refreshing drink for all ages.

If you've got kids, they'll love this one after school through summer and you could easily turn this into ice creams by pouring into moulds too.
