Rosemary Salted Cashews

yield: 2 cups
- ½ tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 2 cups raw, unsalted cashews
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Preheat oven (electric) to 120 degrees Celsius
- Finely chop rosemary
- Combine all ingredients well in a baking tray
- Massage to mix
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown
A great snack to have on hand - at work or home. Nuts with real flavour!
You could even serve them when entertaining.
Keep an eye on the nuts when baking as they can burn quickly.
