Rosemary Salted Cashews

Ingredients
  • ½ tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 2 cups raw, unsalted cashews
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven (electric) to 120 degrees Celsius
  2. Finely chop rosemary
  3. Combine all ingredients well in a baking tray
  4. Massage to mix
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown
Notes
A great snack to have on hand - at work or home. Nuts with real flavour!

You could even serve them when entertaining.

Keep an eye on the nuts when baking as they can burn quickly.
