A wholefoods detox [where you actually eat!]

8 weeks online. 8 weeks to real food.

Next round starts March 2nd

WANT TO SIMPLY ENJOY HEALTHY FOOD & DITCH THE DIETS?
EAT REAL FOOD IN LESS TIME. WITHOUT THE STRESS. FIND EATING FREEDOM.

EATING WELL IS IN THE ‘TOO HARD’ BASKET FOR MOST OF US.

COOKING YOUR OWN MEALS? AS IF ANYONE HAS THE TIME!

FEELING AND LOOKING FABULOUS WITHOUT DIETS? COME ON, AS IF!

There’s mixed messages, busy, modern lives and a whole heap of long-term eating habits thrown in there too. It’s this reality that led me to create Path to Wholefoods. To share what I struggled with, and figured out for myself – so you don’t have to.

It doesn’t need to be about deprivation, stress or complication. Nor about spending thousands of dollars on food and equipment.

It is about retraining how you view food and go about eating, refining existing skills and delicious, lasting transformation. Hello real food and feeling great!

YOU CAN FIND HEALTHY EATING SIMPLE, YOU JUST NEED GUIDANCE ON THE PATH.

ABOUT THE CREATOR

Nadia Felsch is a wholefoods expert, writer, magazine columnist and nutritionist-to-be who’s devoted to helping busy women find eating freedom.

Her relatable approach to food is based on simple, delicious and nutritious eating and it’s this mantra of eat well, look good, feel great that has already helped to guide the positive journey of 1000’s of busy women.

“I really loved the audio and video content, as well as how flexible it was. If I couldn’t get to a week of content when it was delivered, it didn’t matter, I just caught up when I could. Having never participated in an online course before I was unsure how well that would work, and I was pleasantly surprised.” — Alison Greer | graduate

“Even as a doctor, PTW was such an eye opener and game changer for me! I found the weekly audio lessons to be invaluable and now I’m so much more mindful, happy and thrilled to be this healthy prior to and during my first pregnancy. Everything makes sense and works for the real world.” — Sharmani Singh | graduate

Path to Wholefoods was such an eye opener and game changer for me, even as a doctor.
I found the weekly audio lessons to be invaluable and since completing the program, I’m so much more aware of food products vs real whole food.
It makes sense and works for the real world.

— Sharmani Singh | graduate

Since PTW, a whole new, delicious world of food has opened up to me and instinctive eating is now my norm. I’ve happily reduced my sugar intake and am far more aware of the ingredients in products I consume regularly.
Thank you for opening up a whole world of things to think about and apply to everyday life!

— Maddie Macpherson | graduate

I loved every part of the Path to Wholefoods program.
I’m now aware and mindful of my food choices. And I’ve become a pro at planning for the week ahead which, in turn, has saved on my weekly food bill.
We’re a single income family and the cost of your program was a stretch for us, however it was totally worth it!
Path to Wholefoods is life changing. Right from Week 1, the information and practical tips you provide make it so simple to implement and best of all, stick to, unlike the diets that we’ve all tried.
Just like you said your aim was, you’ve “taught a man to fish.”

— Dom Rolland | graduate

This program has allowed me to do what I wanted all along; to be in control of my food journey and health.
It’s given me the confidence to experiment with food and use produce in ways I’d not thought of before.
I loved how the program covered from the basics up, with so much more support than I imagined and our entire family has embraced it.
Food has never tasted so good!

— Skye Lewington | graduate

Before starting the Path to Wholefoods program I was concerned about my ability to see it through however lifetime access to all content and future rounds has been incredible.
I’ve now completed the program twice! And without spending a cent more!!
Practically speaking, I’m now happily drinking a morning smoothie with vegetables and fruit each morning, plus am buying far less takeaway food as bulk cooking my lunch has become so simple.

— Jaime Henderson | graduate

Thank you so much for creating the Path to Wholefoods program.
I’ve now completed two rounds and it was such a pleasure to receive the updates and be guided along the journey once again. I loved all of it!
And now I have more energy than ever before and the quality of my sleep is amazing.

— Grit Schade | graduate

FAQ’s

I already know what to eat.

Most of us do. Unfortunately, we weren’t shown how to eat real food in a busy lifestyle where you want to eat good food though aren’t willing to surrender your schedule to the kitchen!

Will the food be expensive?

All of my recipes use simple, accessible wholefood ingredients that you may already know, or use and are available at your local supermarket or produce store. No superfood powders here or long shopping lists.

I’m vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/paleo/fussy/have allergies

All recipes in the Path to Wholefoods program use only whole food ingredients and are incredibly flexible. Often they make substitution suggestions or will already fall under one of the above banners without even trying! With the 100+ delicious recipes in this program, you’ll find plenty that you love! Better still, when we’re trying new things, or old things in a new way, our horizons (and tastes!) expand so you may find some fussy habits changing (I know that I did!). The PTW goal is to teach you how to plan and prep delicious, healthy food for yourself, so if you do have a diet that restricts certain foods, you’ll be learning how to make the recipes work for you. You can also ask the online PTW community!

I like meal plans and structure, will you provide that?

Whilst providing an incredible framework to you, the PTW goal is to teach you how to plan and prep delicious, healthy food for yourself and that’s what the program focuses on. There’s 100+ delicious recipes and combined with all that you’ll learn, you will know how to make those yourself in no time.

I know nothing about wholefoods.

Awesome! That’s a great place to start from and fear not! There’s no pre-requisites here! Enjoy learning and transforming how you see food and nourish yourself from the beginning.

Path to Wholefoods is too expensive.

The PTW program is an investment in your health and provides you with healthy meal planning skills for life. I am living proof that this knowledge turned into action rewards you over and over again. It’s my hope that all PTW graduates “get” how to plan, enjoy and balance a healthy life, learning how to be flexible for whatever life throws at you and finding true support in our community. Just as the above rad grads say in their own words. And if the program is not within your access due to financial constraints, I encourage you to check out the full scholarship details that I offer here.

I don’t have time.

There’s 10,080 minutes in a week and this program requires roughly 60 of those minutes. That time includes listening, watching, reading and reviewing, all of which pays back huge dividends to you and your wellbeing. Beyond that 60 minutes is action all the way! Doing things you already do – like shopping and eating – though in a simpler and more enjoyable way. In fact, you’ll find that you gain time back! Because I’ve done the hard work for you and set you up with shopping lists, examples, videos and recipes, you can avoid the decision fatigue of what’s healthy to eat! You’ll find your groove in batch cooking and multi-tasking like a pro just as I did. These days, I can prep and cook a week of meals for 2 people in just a few hours!

What if I can’t make March 2nd?

That’s all good! The materials from this program are yours for life! You can come along for the 8-week ride with me and the PTW community or do it at your own pace. Everything is easily saved to your own device(s) and that way when you need to re-visit a particular week, recipe, video, recording or idea – you can just go back and know that you’ll always have the foundations available to you. If you can come along for the live ride, expect even more support and motivation for those 8 weeks to keep you on track.

I want to lose weight.

When we eat wholefoods, connect with our natural instincts and nourish ourselves, our bodies tend to find their sweet spot. Often, weight loss can be a lovely side effect.

What if I’m not tech-savvy?

This program is delivered to you via email each week. The downloadable files are simple to use though should you experience any issues, my support team are only an email away and will get straight back to you throughout the live round of the program.

Once purchased, can I receive a refund?

As the program is digitally delivered, there are no refunds however I feel confident that if you’ve read through these Q+A’s and you’re nodding your head in excitement, you’ll get so much out of it.

I don’t have any support.

You do now. I’ve been exactly where you are and I get it. As well as my weekly support right to your inbox, I’ll be with you every step of the way and you’ll have exclusive access to the private Facebook community for life, where you can share your experiences and frustrations in a like-minded environment. A community that doesn’t end after 8 weeks.
