The F**k Diets Module - where you’ll learn about the significant failure rate of diets, their adverse impacts, how to identify the vast influence of diet culture in your life, why weight is not equal to health and how to protect yourself from the onslaught of diet culture.

The Hunger and Body Connection Module - where you’ll learn how to identify your hunger signals and why this matters, increase your overall body connection, explore crucial self-care actions as foundational and begin to experience the magic that occurs when you listen to your clever body.

The Food Rules and Guilt Module - where you’ll explore which food rules might be holding you back from a healthy relationship with food, cultivate unconditional permission to eat and begin making peace with food. 

The Fullness and Satisfaction Module - where you’ll learn the difference between fullness and satisfaction when it comes to eating, the varying elements that contribute to these concepts and how different foods feel to you.

I’m your guide to this process of re-connecting with and trusting your innate body wisdom. The wisdom that knows what you need in order to nourish and take care of you.

I’m Nadia Felsch.
A university qualified Nutritionist (BHSc) who is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor.
I help folks who aren’t happy with their relationship to food and their body, ditch dieting for good so they can get on with living a joyous, satisfying & impactful life.
I love food and I care about nutrition.
And I also believe that more information about the latter is pointless without first considering your relationship with both food and your body.
How you view food and your body is as important as the nutrients you feed it.

How much time should I allow for this program?

This program structure is intended to provide you the ultimate support over 12 weeks. Working towards your food and body freedom. You can purchase the package as it suits you, knowing we have the next 12 weeks together to support your journey.

Each fortnight you will have 20-30mins of video content + one 30min private consultation with me. This support will enable you to start making valuable shifts in your own life.

How are the private consultations arranged?

Once purchased, you will have immediate access to the first module of the program. 

From there, I will be in touch to arrange your first, and subsequent private consultations within a matter of days.

Will I lose weight doing this program?

Weight loss may or may not be a side effect of becoming a more Intuitive Eater through this program. I can not know that outcome, neither can you or anyone else. There are multiple factors at play and the promotion of weight loss as related to Intuitive Eating opposes its core values and is something that I vehemently disagree with.

What is established however, is that fact that a focus on weight loss interferes with your ability to make choices based on your intuitive signals. It places all the focus on appearance rather than your inner wisdom and experience. You are worth more than your weight. And you might gain a whole lot more back either way! Imagine feeling freedom, joy and satisfaction in eating and appreciation for your body?

Is there a meal plan?

No.

You deserve to live your life with true balance and flexibility. Which is one reason why this program doesn't include telling you what to eat.

The other reason is that rules and plans about food are an external tool that serves to disconnect you from your body. Just think, how often has a portion or meal on a plan not served you? What happens on the weekend? On holidays?

You're the expert of you and this program is about recreating that body trust. It was there, it's innate and you can be taught how to reconnnect with it once more.

 

Is this Intuitive Eating?

YES!

Each module of this program incorporates between one and two principles of the original Intuitive Eating framework which is what I use to work with clients looking to make peace with food and become the expert of their own bodies. This is an evidence-based framework established by two Dietitians and of which I am certified to teach.

This program has a particular focus to help you move away from rules and restrictions in the eating choices you’re currently making and allow you to gain a life back. It honours the original framework of Intuitive Eating, supporting your reconnection to being an Intuitive Eater.

Is this just another program?

This unique program puts you and your experience front and centre.

It’s a process of discovery and regardless of what happens, there’s no failures here. No wrong or right. Only opportunities to learn.

The program is heavily practical and encourages you to put everything you hear into practice so that you can learn from your own lived experience. This empowers you to continue to act in your own best interests – an incredibly powerful momentum is established.

It also includes 12-weeks of guided support from me and I encourage you to get stuck in right from the start! Don't waste your money. Do the work and experience the progress.

Can I do this as a health professional?

Absolutely! This program has been designed to improve your relationship to food and body, areas that impact us as health professionals too. It's through working first on your own challenges, that you can better support your own clients. Health professionals who've taken this program have praised the content and its value.
