You won’t be left to figure everything out on your own inside this program! Begin your journey with a one-on-one session with me to clarify your goals and get crystal clear on your next steps. Stay supported and accountable every step of the way with fortnightly, live small group coaching calls and daily messenger support.

Especially important if the people in your life, aren’t quite at the same point as you with their food and body relationship. Hi, I’m Nadia
I’m a Body Image Coach, Nutritionist, feminist and pasta lover.
With lived experience of neurodivergence, complex trauma, an eating disorder, poor body image and multiple chronic illnesses, I know exactly what it’s like to navigate life struggling with your body.
I spent years following rules and restrictions with food and my body as ‘normal’ and ‘necessary’, even though everything I did ended up the same – more focused on food and more unhappy with my body.
I travelled a long road – alone – for over 15 years to finally accept my body and learn how to nourish myself holisitically and sustainably. Sifting through all the conflicting nonsense out there about food and bodies, including from health professionals, and feeling isolated from the people in my life in the process.
Now my life looks completely different
I no longer count calories, earn my food at the gym, avoid foods I love, or stress if I miss a workout. I feel confident in the clothes that I wear, put myself out there as a business owner, I travel and eat out on a regular basis and I’m able to enjoy feeling present in my life – not waiting for life to start when I look ‘right.’
This is exactly what led me to create the Food and Body Freedom Program – a one-of-a-kind food and body coaching program designed to help you transform how you feel in and about your body, so you can live more joyfully, without the all or nothing rules, cutting out the foods you love or spending your Sunday meal prepping.

I have a trip planned during this time, how will this work?
Nothing to worry about – I know you have a busy life and that doesn’t stop when you join the program. If you already have trips planned for this time – it won’t get in the way of your progress.
Instead, I’ve had clients travel during the program and ENJOY them more because of the work we’ve done and strategies we put in place.
I don't live in Australia, can I still join?
Absolutely! As long as you have an internet connection you’ll be able to join the program. I work with clients all over the globe in the Food and Body Freedom Program including from the USA, UK and Australia.
Do you offer a free clarity call first?

What is the time commitment?
Plan to set aside 30-60 minutes each week to watch the content, action the prompts, join the calls and engage in the community. All educational modules are step-by-step and the resources are easy to use to save you time. You have access to the coaching support, group chat and community for 6 months total. You have ongoing access to the portal for its lifetime.
I've already tried intuitive eating, is this program suitable for me?
Yes! Food and Body Freedom is a comprehensive program and we cover so much more than just the concept of intuitive eating. I’ve had many previous clients who’ve tried intuitive eating in the past and have great success through this program.
I have a chronic illness/es, is this program suitable for me?
Yes! I work with a number of clients navigating their health issues on this journey.
I'm not sure about working with a non-fat, white, cis-woman Nutritionist, how will this work?
Food and Body Freedom is a comprehensive program that takes a self-reflective, embodied and action-based approach to unpacking your food and body relationship – grounded in research, psychology and social justice – with practical tools that will help you transform how you feel in your body so you can live more joyfully!

You have access to the coaching support, group chat and community for 6 months total. You have ongoing access to the portal for its lifetime.
I'm neurodivergent, is this program suitable for me?
Yes! And ditto! I work with a number of neurodivergent clients navigating their food and body healing journey through this lens.
Can I choose when I start?
Yes! You can choose your start date with some flexibility. We’ll kick off with your one-on-one call to ensure you’re all set up and crystal clear on your personalised next steps.
Food and Body Freedom will commence in late August 2024.
Do you have a one-on-one option?
Included in Food and Body Freedom is a 50 minute one-on-one call to kickstart the program. This is where we’ll deep dive into your history and I’ll create your personalised plan to get started. This is followed by very small, group coaching calls every 2 weeks.
Also included is group messenger support, a place to both engage with your like-minded community and receive my support on a daily basis.
If you know you’ll benefit from more one-on-one support and accountability, you can upgrade to the VIP option which includes monthly one-on-one review appointments. I have limited spots available each month for this option. Message me on instagram for more information.
