Step 1: Body Connection
We start the program with a focus on body connection. Here you’ll reclaim your eating habits, reducing stress and unpleasant experiences such as eating past what feels good, bingeing, guilt and emotional eating. We’ll also be exploring your core needs and addressing the gaps that are leading to you feeling like crap on a daily basis.
Step 2: Food Trust
This step focuses on building food trust. Here you’ll learn what’s essential to feel confident, organised, and at ease with making informed, supportive, and delicious food choices. You’ll also be guided to examine the food beliefs that are holding you back so that ordering from a menu is simple and without guilt, as is preparing meals during a busy week and knowing what and how to eat in all situations.
Step 3: Body Image Relief
In this step we move into deeper body image work. This step offers you relief from a lifetime of body image shame, provides the healing space and tools for grief, reduces negative body experiences, and boosts self-esteem for daily confidence and comfort.
Step 4: Food and Body Freedom
By the end of the program, food will no longer dominate your thoughts, allowing you to take care of yourself without burden and fully engage in life feeling confident in your own skin. I have a trip planned during this time, how will this work?
Nothing to worry about – I know you have a busy life and that doesn’t stop when you join the program. If you already have trips planned for this time – it won’t get in the way of your progress.
Instead, I’ve had clients travel during the program and ENJOY them more because of the work we’ve done and strategies we put in place.
I don't live in Australia, can I still join?
Absolutely! As long as you have an internet connection you’ll be able to join the program. I work with clients all over the globe in the Food and Body Freedom Program including from the USA, UK and Australia.

What is the time commitment?
Plan to set aside 30-60 minutes each week to watch the content, action the prompts, join the calls and engage in the community.
All educational modules are step-by-step and the resources are easy to use to save you time. You have access to the coaching support, group chat and community for 6 months total. You have ongoing access to the portal for its lifetime.
I've already tried intuitive eating, is this program suitable for me?
Yes! Food and Body Freedom is a comprehensive program and we cover so much more than just the concept of intuitive eating. I’ve had many previous clients who’ve tried intuitive eating in the past and have great success through this program.
I have a chronic illness/es, is this program suitable for me?
Yes! I work with a number of clients navigating their health issues on this journey including diabetes, PCOS, IBS and mental health concerns, and you will likely benefit from the upgraded 1-1 program which includes everything inside the Food and Body Freedom Program PLUS monthly 1-1 review appointments to provide you the support you deserve.
I'm not sure about working with a non-fat, white, cis-woman Nutritionist, how will this work?
Food and Body Freedom is a comprehensive program that takes a self-reflective, embodied and action-based approach to unpacking your food and body relationship – grounded in research, psychology and social justice – with practical tools that will help you transform how you feel in your body so you can live more joyfully!

I am an open critic of the anti-diet space where complexities, marginalised identities and trauma become diluted in the noise of social media conversations.
Missing how body image intersects with eating with health with self-care with gender identity, with ageing, confidence with self-worth and your entire life.

I'm neurodivergent, is this program suitable for me?
Yes! And ditto! I work with a number of neurodivergent clients navigating their food and body healing journey through this lens.
Can I choose when I start?
Yes! You can choose your start date with some flexibility. We’ll kick off with your one-on-one call to ensure you’re all set up and crystal clear on your personalised next steps.

Do you have a one-on-one option?
Included in Food and Body Freedom is a 1-1 call to kickstart the program. This is where we’ll deep dive into your history and I’ll create your personalised plan to get started. This is followed by very small, bi-weekly group coaching calls.
Also included is group messenger support, a place to both engage with your like-minded community and receive my support on a daily basis.
If you know you’ll benefit from more one-on-one support and accountability, and/or you are navigating health concerns on top, you can upgrade to the VIP option which includes monthly one-on-one review appointments. I have limited spots available each month for this option.Â
