Hi, I’m Nadia

Nutritionist and pasta lover with a degree in Health Science.

 

I’ve helped hundreds of women over the past 6 years reclaim control over food and their body without diet culture so they can spend more time enjoying life and feeling confident in their skin.

I spent years counting calories, avoiding foods I love, wishing my body was different even though everything I did still ended up with me more focused on food and more unhappy with my body so I know exactly how you feel right now.

As I began to leave diet culture behind 🎉 I didn’t feel confident eating. I knew “good” and “bad” food, what time you “should” eat and feeling like I needed to spend a weekend meal prepping.

None of which were what I wanted. Nor could I find and trust answers in the nutrition and wellbeing advice I found with its conflicting nonsense about food and health.

My Bachelor of Health Science degree in Nutrition, my love of food, desire to feel nourished and need to make things as simple as possible led me to create my Freedom Fuel Formula.

Now, eating feels easy. I nourish myself holistically and sustainably. I eat out on a regular basis and I’m able to enjoy feeling present in my life and confident in my skin.

      I'm neurodivergent, is this plan suitable for me?

      Yes! And ditto! I work with a number of neurodivergent clients navigating their sensory and other needs when it comes to eating. I still utilise my Freedom Fuel Formula as in this plan including the intuitive eating prompts to support your other needs.
