ABOUT THE PROGRAM

You wake up every morning with the intention to be ‘good.’ To start fresh. You have the best of intentions for your eating and find yourself doing the opposite. Eating all the foods you said you wouldn’t. Feeling out of control. 

You know your relationship to food isn’t great, you want to feel less restricted and more in control but you have no idea how to feel the calm and control you’re craving. 

The No More Diets Program is your structured and guided support to go from feeling frustrated and confused about food to trusting and peaceful.

This self-guided program is designed to help folks newer to working on their relationship to food just like yourself, gain the step-by-step clarity on how to connect to your body and trust it. Imagine knowing what your body needs and feeling confident to honour that. This is possible for you, too.

In this online learning setting, you will be guided through each step of the Intuitive Eating process with community and support from me not far away. Your healthy relationship to food is there for the taking.

    I’m your guide to this process of re-connecting with and trusting your innate body wisdom. The wisdom that knows what you need in order to nourish and take care of you.
    Consider me your guide to reconnect with your default setting.
    I’m Nadia Felsch.
    A university qualified Nutritionist (BHSc) who is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor.
    I help folks who aren’t happy with their relationship to food and their body, ditch dieting for good so they can get on with living a joyous, satisfying & impactful life.
    I love food and I care about nutrition.
    And I also believe that more information about the latter is pointless without first considering your relationship with both food and your body.
    How you view food and your body is as important as the nutrients you feed it.

    What if I can't stick to the timeline?

    That's the thing! There is no timeline! This is a self-paced program that you can do in your own time. Come back and forth as you need. You retain access to the program for its life.

    How long does the program take to complete?

    You could consume all the content in a few days if you chose to or take your time.

    I recommend diving in deep, one module at a time. Learning from the content and then applying those lessons into your own life. This has no timeline.

    And that's why you have access to the program for its life.

    Will I lose weight doing this program?

    Weight loss may or may not be a side effect of becoming a more Intuitive Eater through this program. I can not know that outcome, neither can you or anyone else. There are multiple factors at play and the promotion of weight loss as related to Intuitive Eating opposes its core values and is something that I vehemently disagree with.

    What is established however, is that fact that a focus on weight loss interferes with your ability to make choices based on your intuitive signals. It places all the focus on appearance rather than your inner wisdom and experience. You are worth more than your weight. And you might gain a whole lot more back either way! Imagine feeling freedom, joy and satisfaction in eating and appreciation for your body?

    Is there a meal plan?

    No.

    You deserve to live your life with true balance and flexibility. Which is one reason why this program doesn't include telling you what to eat.

    The other reason is that rules and plans about food are an external tool that serves to disconnect you from your body. Just think, how often has a portion or meal on a plan not served you? What happens on the weekend? On holidays?

    You're the expert of you and this program is about recreating that body trust. It was there, it's innate and you can be taught how to reconnnect with it once more.

     

    Is this Intuitive Eating?

    YES!

    Each module of this program incorporates one or two principles of the original Intuitive Eating framework which is what I use to work with clients looking to make peace with food and become the expert of their own bodies. This is an evidence-based framework established by two Dietitians and of which I am certified to teach.

    Is this just another program?

    This unique program puts you and your experience front and centre.

    It’s a process of discovery and regardless of what happens, there’s no failures here. No wrong or right. Only opportunities to learn.

    The program is heavily practical and encourages you to put everything you hear into practice so that you can learn from your own lived experience. This empowers you to continue to act in your own best interests – an incredibly powerful momentum is established.

    I encourage you to get stuck in right from the start! Don't waste your time or investment. Do the work and experience the progress.

    What if I have a medical condition?

    This program may not be suitable for you. Individual 1:1 consultations may be more suitable for you whilst also seeking specialised care for the management and treatment of your condition. If that sounds like you, information on working with me directly can be found here.
