IS THIS A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM?
No, this is a meal planning and organisational program. I don’t believe in making general recommendations when it comes to the very individualised world of nutrition planning. However, in saying that, when we nourish ourselves with wholefoods, our bodies tend to find their sweet spot and often weight loss can be a lovely side effect. If you’re looking for specific therapeutic outcomes, I recommend booking an individual Nutrition consultation with me.
I DON’T EAT LIKE YOU, CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM THE SOCIETY?
Heck yes! I’m all about flexibility and eating the way that best serves you. There are endless possibilities, variations, and additions that you can apply to each recipe. WILL THE FOOD BE EXPENSIVE?
All of my recipes use simple, accessible wholefood ingredients that you may already know, or use and are available at your local supermarket or produce store. No superfood powders here or unattainable shopping lists.
CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES OR SUBSTITUTIONS?
Absolutely! Each recipe has countless variations, options and suggestions, providing you with all of the flexibility that you need. Each of the meal plans can be adjusted to suit your needs or you can mix and match your own. All the food is nutrient dense and delicious – to keep you feeling great, for longer.
WHAT IF I’M EATING ON THE GO?
Never fear! Your practical guides and videos will have you batch cooking and organised with delicious and nutritious food so you’re sorted – always.
WHAT TYPE OF GUIDES + VIDEOS ARE IN THE SOCIETY?
They’re all aimed at beginners, but even those more advanced can get something out of it. For instance, how to soak, sprout + cook your legumes or 7-steps to the perfect salad!
I DON’T LIVE IN AUSTRALIA, CAN I STILL USE THE SOCIETY?
Yes! The Society is worldwide and as the ingredients are common, you should have no problem locating them. Of course seasonality will vary depending on where you’re located and good recommendations are made in these circumstances, for instance pomegranate molasses when pomegranates are out of season.
WHICH CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?
Wholefood Society membership is charged in AUD. However you’re able to access it no matter where you live and what currency you use. The safe and secure payment gateway will simply charge you the relative amount in your own local currency. Should you have any further questions regarding potential fees and charges, please enquire with your banking institution directly.
WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES?
Due to the immense amount of downloadable content available upon purchase and membership engagement, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. You may however cancel your membership at any time, and you have complete control over this in the my account section of your profile.
