Inside week one, you’ll walk away with clarity and confidence in what nutrition knowledge is vital to know for your health and what you can leave behind. You’ll learn how to integrate nutrition fundamentals into your daily life without it feeling diet-y.

MODULE 2 - How To Make Eating Easeful

Inside week two you’ll begin exploring which practical skills best suit your lifestyle to provide increased dietary support with more ease. You will learn the framework to up-level your nutrition and support your health even inside a busy lifestyle.

MODULE 3 - How To Know If You’re Eating Right

Inside week three you’ll learn how to assess what’s working for you when it comes to your dietary quality and health habits so you can utilise a framework that serves you now and always – without it being diet-y.

MODULE 4 - Learn Health That's Actually Healthy

Inside this final week together, you’ll be zooming out and looking at the bigger picture of your health and wellbeing. Learning how to support yourself without it being diet-y and walking away with clarity and confidence in what health knowledge is vital to know, how to more confidently assess it and what you can leave behind.

WHO AM I?

I’m your guide to uplevelling your nutrition all the while redefining what it is to be “healthy.”
I’m Nadia Felsch.
A university qualified Nutritionist (BHSc), Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and pawrent to 2 x sausage dogs named Toast and Avocado.
I support folks who aren’t happy with their relationship to food and body, find freedom – what works for them and how to do more of it – within oppressive structures such as patriarchy, capitalism, white supremacy and anti-fatness. In this small group coaching experience you can access my years of knowledge and experience working 1:1 with humans just like you and helping them implement lasting change.

Who is Health Redefined for?

Health Redefined is for you if you want help with food, nutrition and eating (practically speaking) to improve your dietary quality, support your health without it being diet-y and feel more sorted and organised to do it! You’re fed up making food choices, you’re exhausted worrying if they’re the right ones and you’re overwhelmed with where to even start! You desire a sense of stability and support around food and have tried it all! You want to eat to support yourself and who and want to listen to about this has become a nightmare!

      When are the training calls?

      Fridays at 12pm AEST beginning July 14th, followed by July 21, 28 and August 4th.

      All training calls will be recorded and available for at least 1 year so you can dig in anytime you need a refresher.

      What's the cost of the course?

      $AU497 with the option of a 2-instalment payment plan (2 x $AU249).

      Will this work for me?

      Whilst I don’t guarantee results (red flag when folks do), I can guarantee with full confidence that the tools and strategies I am teaching inside Health Redefined will ensure you walk away with confidence to uplevel your nutrition and support your health, sustainably and without starting over every Monday.

      How big is the group?

      Maximum of 15 folks will be inside Health Redefined and it’s more likely to be around 5 people. All as to ensure you have time and space to share and be supported.

      What if I don't feel comfortable in groups?

      I hear you! I’m an introvert and can struggle to speak up in groups. After signing up, you’ll have the chance to share with me your preferences including whether or not you’d prefer to observe in group calls and not be called on.

      Group coaching makes support more accessible and time and again prove pivotal to the success of clients. It’s where you’ll feel incredibly heard and supported by women who feel the exact same way that you do. This is especially vital to your food and health journey when friends, family, colleagues (and everyone!) is often very entrenched in diet culture and you may feel alone.

      Is there a meal plan?

      No. It’s likely you’ve used meal plans before and maybe they even helped you – until they didn’t.

      Supporting yourself with food and eating doesn’t need to be limited and measured and rather it’s about what you do for the most part. Inside Health Redefined you’ll learn what nutrition information is critical to carry with you and then utilise that in context of your unique life circumstances and needs – to support you far beyond the 4 weeks we spend together inside the program.

      Is this program Health at Every Size® oriented?

      Health Redefined is rooted in an anti-oppressive framework that names and seeks to redefine the harmful and oppressive influences that we learn so-called define health. Structures including patriarchy, capitalism, white supremacy and anti-fatness. Your challenges with meals and eating to support yourself don’t exist in a vacuum!

      I am a proud member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) and from a broad perspective, I do utilise the Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles. I also don’t stop there in that I guide you to redefine health and view the healthist influences on health that still keep us stuck when it comes to caring for our own wellbeing.

      *ASDAH is currently in the process of updating the Health at Every Size® Principles and developing a Framework of Care for healthcare providers that has honoured the aforementioned point and sought to engage in its update with thought leaders in fat justice within healthcare.

      What if I have a medical condition?

      Health Redefined may or may not be suitable for you if you have a medical condition and that’s OK.

      Implementing more sustainable, health-promoting behaviours into your life is supportive of your health and it might be that you also benefit from invidualised support at the same time which we can discuss as a coaching add-on. Simply reach out for a casual chat.

      Absolutely! This course has been designed to implement non-diet nutrition fundamentals contextually to you which impacts us as health professionals too. It’s through working first on your own challenges, that you can better support your own clients.
