You deserve to enjoy food as one of life’s simplest pleasures. And on all levels. Joy, energy, pleasure and satisfaction. Unfortunately though, food and eating has become a nightmare. What to eat? When to eat it? Is it bad for me? Should I eat this? What about my body?

I’m a Nutritionist who proudly says that a healthy diet includes a healthy relationship to food. I work to disrupt the norms of this industry. I don’t offer weight loss services. I work through the lens of Health at Every Size® (HAES®). I publicly call out BS. I’m a non-diet professional. I’m interested in you having a more positive relationship with food and your body. Because that’s how lifelong healthy habits are formed and enjoyed.

Firstly, I work online. Yep, online. So you could be in your car, between meetings, on your couch. It all works. Wherever you are.

Secondly, I work exclusively with women who are ready to improve their relationship with food.

Women who have worked out that “knowing” more about Nutrition isn’t helping.

NUTRITION & BODY IMAGE COACHING INTENSIVE

This 75-min intensive coaching session aims to explore how you view food, nutrition and your body. Providing the time and space to do a deep dive of 2-3 key areas and together, map out the best way forward. You could be brand new to intuitive eating, non-diet nutrition and body image counselling, or be seeking some additional support to your ongoing journey.
**These sessions can only be booked by an individual up to 3/year

NUTRITION & BODY IMAGE COACHING BUNDLE

This bundle of 2 x 75-min intensive nutrition coaching sessions aim to explore how you view food, nutrition and your body. Providing the time and space to do a deep dive of 2-3 key areas per session and together, map out the best way forward. Note: the bundle payment is upfront and your second session will be scheduled after our initial one.
**These sessions can only be booked by an individual up to 3/year (1 bundle + 1 single).

1:1 NUTRITION & BODY IMAGE COACHING PROGRAM

A container of high-level support just for you and inclusive of fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions, self-study courses and 24/7 messenger support. My 1:1 coaching program is for you if you’re seeking trauma-informed, weight-neutral and non-diet nutrition support and accountability to overcome poor body image, disordered eating, chronic dieting, emotional and binge eating and/or restrictive food ideas. 

My 1:1 services are eligible for private health insurance rebates in Australia. You'll need to confirm with your insurer that you have Nutrition services and telehealth coverage in order to benefit.
