Hi!I’m Nadia Felsch. You say it like Welsh. I’m a Nutritionist who loves food and has a university degree in science. My work and philosophy is one of no diets and no BS. Just practical, delicious nutrition. And always in support of fostering a positive relationship with food and your body. I’m a proud Intuitive Eating Counsellor, weight-neutral and Health at Every Size® (HAES®) encompassing-Nutritionist. (Translation: no diet culture or weight loss diets here).
