Berry & Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder /
2 teaspoons extract - 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- Ice cream moulds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Pour into ice cream moulds
- Freeze for at least 4 hours to set
Notes
Try a combination of different milks and berries - work with what you've got at home and enjoy having homemade ice cream in the freezer!
