Strawberry, Tomato & Basil Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 punnet strawberries
- ½ punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon pistachios
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Wash strawberries and tomatoes
- Halve them and combine in a mixing bowl
- Roughly chop nuts and add to the mix
- Tear basil leaves and coat well with the vinegar to serve
Notes
Light and fresh, this salsa is a wonderful accompaniment to chicken or white fish.
This recipe would also be delicious with goat's cheese (for non-vegans).
