Below you can book a stand-alone breakthrough session if you're seeking answers, facts and a plan forward that's neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ friendly, weight-neutral and gender inclusive.
This is a single, practical session to work through a specific issue or challenge you're navigating with food, health and your body. The session includes a pre-session assessment, post-session plan and 7-days of 1-1 messenger support to ensure you're achieving your goals.
It’s possible to book more than one of these sessions, however if you can envision requiring more than two, regular 1-1 support is likely a better fit. Click here to learn more about my 1-1 support.
