Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons chopped raw almonds
- 2 teaspoons pepitas
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons sultanas
- 2 teaspoons dessicated coconut
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
- 1 green apple (to serve)
- Extra yoghurt (optional to serve)
Instructions
- Combine all bircher ingredients in an airtight container
- Store in the fridge overnight
- In the morning serve with washed apple cut into sticks and optional yoghurt
