Ingredients
  • 860g watermelon flesh
  • 375g strawberries (1 ½ punnets)
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Place watermelon flesh into a blender
  2. Wash and top strawberries, add to the blender
  3. Wash mint leaves and add to the blender
  4. Blend all ingredients on high for a minute or until smooth
  5. Pour evenly into ice block moulds
  6. Set for at least 5 hours
  7. Demould and enjoy as you please
Notes
Hydrating, refreshing and containing only fruit!
