Watermelon, Strawberry & Mint Ice Blocks

Ingredients
- 860g watermelon flesh
- 375g strawberries (1 ½ punnets)
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Place watermelon flesh into a blender
- Wash and top strawberries, add to the blender
- Wash mint leaves and add to the blender
- Blend all ingredients on high for a minute or until smooth
- Pour evenly into ice block moulds
- Set for at least 5 hours
- Demould and enjoy as you please
